Changing seasons should correlate with the maintenance of your HVAC system.  Also, the filter to your system should be changed on a regular basis.  If your HVAC intake is in a closet, or a location where you cannot see it, it is important to locate the HVAC and physically view the component so make sure you are not developing mold.  Mold can develop without your knowledge and move throughout your entire system affecting the duct work as well. Once the duct work has been affected the mold spores can be distributed throughout your entire home, or office.  Once this happens there is the potential that the health of those frequenting the home, or business can have their health compromised.  Mold must be properly addressed to assure proper removal.
