Main Water Line At A Commercial Property Fails

When a main water line for a commercial building is located in the lowest level of the property it can fail, and go unnoticed if not checked on a regular basis.  SERVPRO responded immediately, and was able to begin a Water Mitigation, thus avoiding further water damage. During the drying process SERVPRO Technicians will monitor on a daily basis until a complete dry out is achieved.    Once the Water Mitigation is completed a Mold Remediation is done to avoid Mold issues. SERVPRO's immediate response was greatly appreciated by the owners as the property was returned to "Like it never even happened."
